In its mission to satisfy the needs and tastes of the highest level, Hacienda Pinilla began the construction of a new residential project in the heart of the Guanacaste plains alongside the beaches and golf course.
It consists of a total of 20 buildings that give life to Residential Los Malinches, a residential project that will be finished in August of this year and located in a natural paradise of 23 hectares, in an area known as Rodera Este.
Each building has a series of apartment models distributed around a charming central garden, in some cases with a reflective pool, making it possible to enjoy the Guanacaste dry forest along the outside perimeters.
Carolina Ramírez, Marketing Manager of Hacienda Pinilla, states that these residencies are perfect for those who demand quality, love nature and are looking for peace, discretion, and comfort all in one place.
“The apartments are characterized by the exclusiveness, security and privacy that distinguish Hacienda Pinilla, which guarantees relaxation and total comfort for all those interested” added Ramírez.
Variety of designs
In the first stage of this ambitious project four buildings will be constructed that house 23 apartments, designed by the prestigious architect Ronald Zurcher, who also designed the Four Seasons Hotel in Costa Rica and the JW Marriot, which is also under construction at Hacienda Pinilla.
According to Zurcher, this project aims to rescue the cultural traditions of the Guanacaste residential style, not only by means of its architectural language, but also with the proposal of spaces that promote interaction among neighbors.
“Each central patio brings together a number of residential units and each group of them forms a large ring that enjoys an open space putting an emphasis on the environment of the Guanacaste hacienda” added the designer.
The colonial style includes the grouping together of houses in sets of 6 or six units. These colonial residencies will have one or two floors, with three or four bedrooms in each one.
The spacious residencies have large terraces and balconies, master suites and bedrooms with their own bathrooms and walk-in closets. The kitchens use high-end appliances. The bathrooms will have elegant jacuzzi-style bathtubs, ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach, in addition to an internal garden with an outside shower, to give light and freshness to the spaces. Some villas will also be equipped for people with physical disabilities.
The two-level apartments also have an ample and comfortable TV room with a terrace which has a view of the pleasant gardens of the condominium and views of the golf course and Pinilla’s beautiful nature.
The price of each model ranges between $2,000 and $2,700 per m², meaning that for the first group, the total price of each residency is between $900,000 and $1,200,000.
For the second group, the prices of each apartment will be increasing by approximately 20%, for which a number of individuals are already interested in purchasing their space.
